This project looks at intersection of emotional distress, anxiety, cognitive capabilities and technological interventions in a workplace environment. It builds a product which tasks itself with designing a successful and intelligent onboarding experience and system for new hires that aids their learning process, enabling them to become more productive and integrates them into their teams quickly and smoothly. It seeks to onboard new employees in the team in such a way that the process is productive for both the company and the employee.
