This project looks at developing and supporting skills required for labor migration from primary to secondary or tertiary sector, mitigating the large skill gap which emerges when such a migration occurs. Responding the necessity of skill development, the project seeks to democratize the process by developing personalized services for vocational training for the retail domain, which is the second largest job generating sector after building and construction agency. The biggest challenge for the project, however, is that majority of jobs are concentrated in the unorganized sector.
