This project explores possibilities of integrating technology and healthcare to develop a home-based system which coordinates and monitors chronically ill geriatric patients, healthcare providers, family members, and office staff. It seeks to address the issues of independence, dignity, access, and de-centralizes healthcare from institutions to the individual, lowering the barriers to health engagement.
