Through her assignment with Textrade International Ltd., Pooja conceptualized and executed four collections which included two cushion cover collections and two luxury bedding collections. The organization is a leading Indian home textile manufacturing and export company catering to international markets. The first collection was designed to be weft-face constructed, woven cushions covers with a natural raw look and minimal geometry usage. The second collection was also done by weaving but with a very pop and bright look.
The third collection was a Jacquard bedding named ‘Felicia’, designed for a vintage look with a monotone floral surface. The fourth collection was a white-on-white bedding made with embroidery techniques like boring, satin stitch and cording giving it a bohemian fresh feel. All the moods were selected based on trend research from WGSN for AW19/20 season, so that the collections could be targeted globally, fitting into international trends as well.
