Synopsis

The prime objective of the project was to develop a collection of leather goods and accessories for the international market. After executing rigorous market study, trend analysis and craft study, the design range was funnelled down to two collections. The Traveller’s Collection was intended for the young and adventurous and it explored different forms of bags and associated accessories like bag tags, camera straps, document holders, wallets and sun glass covers. The Corporate Collection was targeted for those of 27 to 45 years of age and included bags that explored different methods of opening and accessing utilities. Additionally innovative accessories such as watch straps, document holders and bow ties were also designed.
