The project proposed conducting detailed design and user-centric research on the application of interactive principles and contextual learning frameworks into an enterprise software. Areas were assessed where there was lack of user understanding and adoption of the system. Learning pathways and key learning concepts were identified and research was conducted on various interactive concepts and principles that could facilitate greater engagement and user adoption. The resulting design concept leaned heavily on providing clean and straightforward views of where the user is and what the user is supposed to do. Also, the user can avail various features, which aids his/her understanding and can provide cooperation among the team members of the organisation.
