Hamza, a young boy studying in a city, comes back to his village for two days. On the evening of his arrival, while with friends, he hears the news that the village rickshaw puller’s daughter has gone missing. A local politician, alleging that Hamza and his friends saw her last, forces the rickshaw puller to file a case of rape and murder against Hamza. Of course, Hamza is innocent, but what effect does this accusation have on his mental and physical health? The film is a thought provoking fiction about the reality how those in power make use of religious sentiments for their own (political) benefits, at the cost of the life of the common man.
