Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) is a skin-to-skin touch therapy given to premature babies to ensure higher chances of survival and better growth, by keeping them in contact with the mother. Unfortunately, due to lack of better facilities and knowledge, KMC leads to improper development and sometimes, death of babies. Hence, the aim of this project is to design and develop KMC practice to minimise mother’s resistance towards KMC and improvising sensitivity towards baby’s changing health. Through this, an opportunity to design the space of KMC usage was also taken up. The proposed design supported the visual sense through am¬plification of baby’s incremental develop¬ment, which will lead to a new experience to this mother centric treatment.
