The aim of this project was to design and develop an experience for India’s new age customers in the form of a network of exclusive Flagship Experience Centers and Franchised Retail Stores at high visibility locations. The key focus area – “Switch to a Smart experience” – was aimed at changing the perception of the brand through this experience. The store design drew inspiration from the concept of the movement of seasons and featured modular design solutions where the customers could interact and buy products. Special data projection installations featuring a running video on the brand’s history, product range and special offers aimed to extend the experience of the customer. The store façade design included attractive graphics, recessed lights as colour streaks and projected signage.
