Synopsis

The project aimed to streamline the service flow of the client company and thus establish it as a structured and organised service provider among its customer base.In-depth research conducted in the context helped derive multiple pain-points from the users’ point of view, which became the basis of creating astrategic vision for the company.Based on key findings and insights, challenges mapped during the shadowing exercise and several ideation sessions, design interventions in terms of tangible deliverables were finalised – a core value system, service offerings and an improved need-based service activity flow, to name a few.
