Synopsis

Cut-throat competition between leading companies, both national and international often involves generating new ideas and working on innovative trends in an effort to draw customer attention. The most important differentiation factor here is experience. The aim of this project was to find opportunity for product and services for a leading French automation company to start business in India. Opportunity mapping was carried out in user research, experience design and implementation road maps. This formed the base to further design strategies for final interven¬tion. Research data was converted into meaningful and creative experiences to find the correct market for the products and services and to connect business and design in the right proportion.
