In India, the online platforms for home decor products and design have gained momentum in recent years. Consequently, online customers have a plethora of options to choose from, including products from local and international manufacturers and interior design services. Companies in this sector have a unique opportunity of providing end-to-end interior solutions and services. The objective of the project was to raise the client company from an inspirational platform by understanding customers, their expectations, needs and pain points in the journey of designing their home. It also included strategic interventions; consumer insights and solutions that could help users make better decisions with less confusion and more confidence.
