Over six months, my Graduation Project focused on the redesign and development of the iconic BRU Gold brand for Hindustan Unilever (HUL). Beginning with conceptualisation and research, I explored consumer preferences, market trends, and design languages to refine the brand’s identity while aligning with HUL’s vision and market demands. The project started with an in-depth study of BRU Gold’s heritage and the dynamics of the coffee market. Through an iterative process, including sketching, 3D modeling, and prototyping, I developed designs balancing aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability. Collaboration with marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain teams was essential in ensuring feasibility. By incorporating stakeholder feedback, I refined the designs to meet consumer expectations while preserving brand authenticity. The project culminated in a range of design solutions presented to the marketing team, enhancing consumer experience and brand differentiation. This journey deepened my understanding of product design, branding, and market strategy, shaping my future in the industry.
