This project aims to design an integrated platform that unifies Warehousing, Transportation, Planning, and Customer Collaboration, currently operating as siloed components in the supply chain. These disconnected systems create inefficiencies in coordination, execution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), making it difficult to track performance holistically. The project challenges the effectiveness of fragmented supply chain structures, where independent teams struggle with data sharing and communication, further complicating RCA. The proposed solution is a Supply Chain Command Center, centralising real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) across all chassis, enabling smoother operations and proactive issue resolution. By developing a unified, intuitive platform, the project investigates how centralised visibility and data-driven insights can enhance collaboration and decision-making. A streamlined coordination system will boost efficiency, optimize performance, and transform supply chain management. This exploration seeks to demonstrate how an integrated approach can revolutionise operational workflows, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and sustained business impact.
