This project applies Universal Design principles to enhance In-Patient Care Management in multispecialty hospitals through a scalable, user-friendly Hospital Information Management System (HIMS). Designed for New Medical Center (NMC), this modular system facilitates the transition from paper-based to digital operations, improving patient care, workflow efficiency, and hospital management. The HIMS is adaptable for both large hospitals and smaller clinics, ensuring seamless scalability. Addressing critical aspects of human factors, trust, and accessibility, the project integrates healthcare informatics with intuitive UX/UI design to optimize clinical workflows. By prioritizing interoperability and digital transformation, the initiative aligns with the broader goal of paperless hospitals and universal healthcare access. This system empowers healthcare professionals with real-time patient data, enabling streamlined operations and high-quality care delivery. Ultimately, this inclusive, technology-driven approach improves healthcare accessibility, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes in a rapidly evolving digital healthcare ecosystem.
