The project was to understand user behavior in context of yoga, map opportunity space and come with solution of selected opprotunity. The end result was yoga at in users apartment called cultgo.
The project journey entailed breaking down of context, secondary and primary research, syntesis of research, selection of opprtunity and ideation around the opprotunity. The final idea was a new service development of a new yoga product. The service was launched in Dec and is in it’s 1st pilot phase.
