This project seeks to create loyalty in customers towards restaurants; in which Swiggy acts as a catalyst between the vendors (restaurants) and customers. The framework, called CBL Framework, works in three stages. First Swiggy, the catalyst, enables the formation of a connection between restaurants and customers. The second stage involves strengthening of the connection to build a bond. In the last stage, with all factors satisfied and guidelines followed, loyalty will be established. The project leads to new knowledge creation and helps understand the dialectics between academic and industry practices.
