This project examines the intersection of identity, community and rituals. Presenting the internal monologue of a kid during his short stay with his grandfather, this project narrates the coming of age story of an eight-year-old kids’ engagement with the community practice of animal sacrifice. It opens dialogue around identity formation through personal experiences, arguments from authority, and kinship bonds existing in the society.
