This project stems from the realization that there is a problem in service standards which is not properly communicated to the customer. The technicians are not able to gauge or understand these needs, to address it with proper standard, communication and knowledge. Customer feel helpless of not having to help anyone to solve its concerns. Overall ‘Experience’ is being damaged during the entire course of customer journey. It seeks to design and develop standards for the service systems integrated with customer’s customization.
