Designing a framework to enhance the value perception of IFB

This thesis project is an inquiry that attempts to capture the current state of IFB as a brand and foresee its future by connecting the dots that have come to the fore as a result of this research. The project follows an investigative approach to find ways to enhance the value perception of IFB. Along with giving a most effective feasible strategic solution to the company, it aslo aims at delivering an information bank about its customers which can be taken as a base ground to launch more projects into consumer behavior in future.
