Ola-Play Attachment Redesign: Tangible and Intangible Experience Design

Ola, one of the world’s largest ride-sharing companies, integrates city transportation for customers and driver-partners onto a mobile technology platform, ensuring convenient, transparent and quick service fulfillment.
The goal of the project was to study the existing attachment processes, understand stakeholder problems and come up with an efficient, easy and faster system which would bring in better brand appreciation and loyalty and reduce turnover time.
Akilan redesigned the attachment centre experience for Ola by making it fast and easy for the stakeholders. Drivers were given more control over their time
and money. A better brand perception and image was created amongst the stakeholders, 7 in order to favor brand loyalty. A platform for innovation and deeper engagement was explored and created. The project ensured building of a superior brand image through standardization. The entire idea was envisioned, designed and developed in a 3D form with set guidelines.
