This project focuses on brand positioning, naming, and identity design for a cocktail lounge in Bombay, aimed at carving a distinct presence within a highly competitive hospitality landscape. The process began with an in-depth understanding of the city’s food and beverage culture, market dynamics, and global hospitality benchmarks. Based on the positioning strategy, a cohesive visual and verbal identity was developed to function across physical and digital touchpoints. The project involved close collaboration with interior designers and architects for signage systems, as well as fashion stylists for staff uniforms, ensuring a holistic brand experience. With a strong emphasis on print-led deliverables, the work offered hands-on exposure to colour proofing, print production, and vendor coordination. Shaped by real-time business decisions and market pressures, the project reflects the realities of commercial branding and the evolution of a refined identity aligned with strategic intent.
