This project focuses on building a premium dinnerware brand for Neelpaatra, a sub brand under Neelam Steel. The work began with brand naming and extended into a comprehensive branding exercise supported by market research, competitor analysis, retail visits, and primary interviews. Insights from this research informed the development of the brand strategy, including positioning, personality, and core narrative. Based on the strategy, multiple identity directions were explored and presented, from which one was selected for further refinement. The final outcome includes a cohesive brand identity, packaging system, and brand guidelines designed to support consistency and scalability. The project highlights branding as a holistic process that integrates strategy, storytelling, and design to create a coherent brand ecosystem beyond visual aesthetics.
