Aquora is a line of office furniture designed for breakout rooms and collaborative spaces, responding to the evolving needs of contemporary workplaces. The project aims to foster teamwork, creativity, and relaxation through furniture that is modular, ergonomic, sustainable, and cost-effective. Sustainability and circularity were central to the design decisions, guiding material selection and manufacturing considerations. The collection is unified by the theme of water, used as a metaphor for adaptability, connection, and balance, which informed the form and character of each piece. Research combined trend studies, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research through surveys, interviews, and site visits. Insights shaped ideation, prototyping, and refinement of mechanisms, joineries, and functions. The final collection includes four products: Mizu (bookshelf partition), Drovia (low-height coffee table), Hydris (lounge chair), and Tydra (modular bench system). Designed as a flexible system, Aquora positions itself as an expandable collection with potential for future iterations and development.
