This Graduation Project addresses inefficiencies in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows, focusing on Shipping and Receiving processes. The 'Shipping Assets' project integrates shipping label generation directly into HAM, replacing manual label creation on carrier websites. This solution streamlines package creation, label generation, and bulk printing, improving accuracy, saving time, and enhancing traceability. The 'Receiving Assets' project unifies fragmented asset receipt workflows—PO, TO, RMA—into a single interface at the stockroom level, supporting single asset entry, bulk scanning, and Excel import. This reduces cognitive load, ensures data accuracy, and scales efficiently. Both projects employ user-centered and universal design principles to simplify complex enterprise processes, enhance usability, increase adoption, and deliver measurable operational value. The work demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform intricate asset-logistics workflows into efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly systems.
