This graduation project explores how thoughtfully designed offline touchpoints can strengthen brand trust and engagement for WinZO, a real money gaming platform targeting Tier 2 to Tier 5 audiences in India. Conducted in collaboration with the WinZO team, the project focused on redesigning the employee merchandise hamper as part of a broader brand refresh. Initial research revealed that existing merchandise lacked relevance, emotional connection, and brand recall. With an open ended brief, the process combined employee surveys, interviews, competitive analysis, and hands on material and vendor exploration. Iterative prototyping and internal feedback shaped a refreshed hamper featuring custom apparel, drinkware, playing cards, and packaging that reflected WinZO’s energetic brand personality. Launched during the company’s Diwali celebration, the project demonstrates how tangible brand experiences can build internal pride, reinforce brand identity offline, and create everyday moments of delight.
