Prestige City, located in Mulund, Mumbai, is Central Mumbai’s largest integrated township, spread across 30 acres at the foothills of Yogi Hills. Envisioned as a premium mixed-use development, it integrates residential towers, educational and healthcare institutions, retail and commercial spaces, dining, spiritual spaces, and lifestyle amenities. This graduation project focuses on conceptualizing and designing a comprehensive signage and wayfinding system for Prestige City that aligns with its premium positioning and enhances navigational clarity. The scope includes township infrastructure, Bellanza (residential precinct), and Prestige Trade Centre (commercial and retail hub). The project spans research and analysis, wayfinding strategy, system planning, concept development, visual language and typography exploration, and detailed internal and external signage design, including prototyping. Beyond functional navigation, the system aims to create a cohesive visual identity that reflects the township’s architectural language and luxury experience.
