This graduation project reimagines the user profile experience within ServiceNow, a critical touchpoint for both administrators and end-users. The existing UI16 profile suffered from clutter, inconsistency, and poor scalability across contexts. Rather than treating this as a visual refresh, the project approached it as a systemic redesign aligned with ServiceNow’s long-term platform goals. Following the Experience Design Method, the process spanned research, synthesis, exploration, and delivery. Research included heuristic evaluation using the Tenets & Traps method, competitive analysis, persona development, and user activity mapping. These insights informed the creation of NowID, a modular identity card system forming the foundation of a new information architecture. The redesigned profile organized tasks into five sections: Overview, Security & Passwords, Identity & Access, Account Management, and Preferences while introducing inline editing, clear actions, responsive behavior, and role-based views. Early validation confirmed improved clarity and scalability, demonstrating how systemic design can transform a legacy feature into a strategic platform asset.
