Urinary incontinence is a condition that affects millions of women worldwide, significantly impacting their quality of life physically, emotionally, and socially. Despite its prevalence, conversations around pelvic health remain limited, and many women suffer in silence. One of the most effective, non-invasive ways to manage or prevent this condition is through Kegel exercises, which strengthen the pelvic floor. However, many women struggle to perform them correctly due to a lack of guidance or feedback. This project explores the design of a self-guided pelvic floor rehabilitation system that uses real-time biofeedback. At its core is a training experience that combines a biofeedback sensor with a mobile application, allowing users to perform exercises correctly and monitor their progress. By translating pelvic floor contractions into interactive feedback, the system makes pelvic health training accessible, effective, and user-friendly. The project empowers women to take control of their health through technology-led, guided rehabilitation.
