The project explored the Indian Health Tech space in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv Health Limited, adopting a human-centric approach to understand user behaviors, access gaps, and trust issues in digital healthcare. Through behavioral studies, user journey mapping, and observation, recurring patterns emerged: confusing care pathways, post-treatment anxiety, and challenges with digital tools. Rather than addressing these in isolation, a design strategy rooted in systems thinking connected the dots revealing how caregiver stress, organizational silos, and friction points eroded trust. Research also examined internal goals and constraints, aligning real user needs with the business vision. The insights informed business development strategies, identifying leadership opportunities and long-term growth paths while staying sensitive to healthcare realities. The final approach presented a novel, integrated solution that combined health tech innovation, design thinking, and strategic foresight demonstrating how deep research and human-centric design can drive meaningful, sustainable impact.
