This graduation project was developed in collaboration with Tulio Design, a legacy brand specialising in technologically driven, craft-based curtains and blinds. The project involved designing Edition 1, a sustainable luxury collection of curtains, cushions, and bedding that balanced traditional craftsmanship with contemporary living. The design direction was informed by global trend forecasts and aligned with the brand’s philosophy of slow craftsmanship, bespoke service, and sustainable material use. Organic linens, recycled cottons, and low-impact dyes were explored to create refined yet responsible soft furnishings. The collection drew inspiration from Indian and Southeast Asian courtyards, focusing on the interplay of light, architecture, and tropical landscapes. This concept was translated into three sub-collections—sheer curtains, embellished cushions, and textured bedding—each exploring surface, texture, and spatial narrative. Prototypes were developed through iterative testing and artisan collaboration to ensure aesthetic quality, durability, and production scalability.
