Aami, a filmmaker in Mumbai, returns to her roots in Kerala following her grandmother's death. She finds herself haunted by childhood memories and a specific folktale her grandmother often told: the story of Shosha, a girl from a mythical land of dreams. In the tale, Shosha’s most breathtaking dream, destined to be turned into reality by the King, was stolen, leaving her heartbroken and unable to dream again. While searching her grandfather’s old bureau for documents to settle her grandmother’s estate, Aami discovers a hidden, weathered box. Inside, she finds something that blurs the lines between folklore and reality: Shosha’s missing dream. This extraordinary discovery forces Aami to re-examine her grandmother’s life and the secret history of the stories that shaped her. Through this discovery, Aami realises that her grandmother’s tales weren’t just fiction, but a bridge to a forgotten, magical inheritance.
