Reimagining Interactions between Humans and Data explores exhibition design as a medium for inclusive dialogue and democratic engagement with data. The project positions exhibitions not merely as aesthetic experiences, but as knowledge environments that encourage deeper understanding and participation. It advocates a shift in how people encounter and interpret data, using spatial experiences to foster extended engagement and move beyond surface-level interactions. The project investigates how low-tech, familiar, and playful formats can make complex information more accessible and invite broader audiences into data-driven conversations. Rather than a single outcome, the work presents a constellation of methods and inquiries through three distinct projects, each varying in collaborators, participants, and mediums. Across these explorations, a central question emerges: can exhibition spaces be designed as democratic platforms for dialogue? In an era where data increasingly shapes decisions, the project emphasises the importance of inclusive, experiential approaches to information design.
