This project explores how game design can transform passive, screen-based education into active, movement-driven learning experiences for early-grade classrooms from Nursery to Grade 2. Developed in collaboration with Eduzo, an edtech company working with mixed reality and computer vision, the project aims to make foundational learning more engaging, inclusive, and curriculum-aligned. The focus was twofold: designing educational games that encourage physical interaction and collaboration, and creating a scalable system for developing such games across subjects and grades. The games align with the National Education Policy 2020 and NCF 2023. Three complete game prototypes in English, Math, and Science were designed, along with a universal Game Design Document template and a backend framework mapping content to learning outcomes. Additional tools such as curriculum mapping sheets, testing protocols, and production checklists were developed. The outcome is a design system that supports measurable, classroom-friendly learning through play.
