This project reimagines the virtual platform for Titan Kaizen Mela 2024, an internal event celebrating innovation and problem-solving among employees. Aiming to overcome challenges of poor communication, limited participation, and fragmented experiences from past editions, the project redesigned the platform to be intuitive, engaging, and inclusive.
The process involved collaboration with multiple internal teams, integrating spatial design, user interface, system communication, event marketing, and immersive experiences. Supplementary physical kiosks supported hybrid interaction. Using a research-driven, iterative methodology, including interviews, participant feedback, and prototyping, the project enhanced clarity, usability, and engagement, enabling employees to share and implement ideas seamlessly. It demonstrates how thoughtfully designed virtual platforms can inspire participation and learning across large organizations, setting a new standard for internal exhibitions.
