This project tackles the high failure rates of early stage startups, especially in the critical “-1 to 1 phase” where ideas evolve into viable ventures. While the ecosystem has grown with government and private support, nascent stages remain under focused. To bridge this gap, we propose a Design led Venture Building Framework that systematically strengthens founders and their ventures. The framework has three modules: first, enhancing founder self awareness by exploring personality, motivations, skills, and blind spots; second, providing a curated repository of entrepreneurship knowledge, practical tools, and proven methods; third, guiding a structured startup design process from idea discovery, problem validation, solution development, MVP creation, to pilot testing using iterative sprints. This innovation driven, modular, and founder centric approach aims to instill best practices, reduce risks, and increase the likelihood of success for early startup ventures, creating a resilient pathway from concept to launch.
