The Product Experience Zone at the Matter Experience Hub brings together physical exhibits and digital storytelling to reveal the 'AERA' electric motorcycle’s most compelling innovations. It begins with a research phase that distils the bike’s capabilities into clear narrative modules. The hub design highlights how layered information and multisensory cues can capture attention and build understanding for a customer. Drawing on these insights, the showroom was crafted as a phygital landscape. In its center, a full-scale model of the AERA comes to life with Augmented Reality overlays, while handheld tablets let visitors explore interactive animations. An interactive infographic surface spread across 20 feet offers a responsive information layer, and a gamified biking simulator invites hands-on engagement. Every element reinforces the AERA’s value proposition, creating a memorable connection that transcends the usual sales pitch. This phygital approach offers a scalable framework for experiential retail, transforming static displays into dynamic, memorable stories.
