This project focuses on redesigning the Gym Add on services within the cult.fit ecosystem to improve visibility, discoverability, and in app experience. Although services like Personal Training were already part of the app, most users discovered and purchased them through offline gym interactions. With cult.fit planning to scale its gym network and introduce more add ons, the need arose for a clearer and more unified digital presence. The project began with an in depth understanding of the cure.fit ecosystem, users, information architecture, and existing pain points, followed by competitor analysis. A new visual identity system was developed in alignment with cult.fit’s brand and design system. The user experience was enhanced through redesigned landing pages, widgets, and touchpoints that clearly communicate value and encourage action. The outcome demonstrates how cohesive identity and UX design can bridge offline services with digital platforms.
