This project focused on designing the brand identity for EVM Wheels, a self-driving vehicle rental company in Kerala under the EVM Group. At the time of engagement, the company was operating at a monthly loss of approximately ?40 lakhs, making the objective extend beyond visual identity to strategic brand revival and long-term growth. The project began with research, stakeholder interviews, and an exploration of user perceptions around shared mobility. Insights informed a three-phase branding strategy: first, creating awareness around the limitations of private vehicle ownership; second, introducing shared mobility as a viable alternative; and finally, positioning EVM Wheels as a reliable and future-ready solution. A key challenge was balancing long-term brand vision with ongoing operational needs. The scope included logo design, visual language, brand guidelines, and real-world applications across vehicles, workplaces, and employee touchpoints. The project reinforced branding as a strategic business tool that aligns vision, practicality, and user trust.
