This project involved designing a commemorative event celebrating George P. Johnson India’s 20-year journey. Hosted for partners, clients, and employees, the event honored the company’s legacy while fostering engagement through humor, music, networking, and shared experiences. The core objective was to understand GPJ’s ethos and translate it into a cohesive spatial and experiential narrative.

Using minimal yet impactful touchpoints, such as a strong entrance experience, curated photo opportunities, dedicated food and beverage zones, and a versatile stage for multiple performances, the venue was transformed into an immersive celebration. The project spanned the entire process, from concept ideation and spatial planning to 3D visualization and final execution. It offered hands-on exposure to corporate event production and demonstrated how thoughtful experience design can balance brand recognition, storytelling, and audience engagement within a milestone celebration.
