This project explores the future of compliance and risk investigation in financial institutions through a speculative design lens. Set in a near-future context, it introduces FCSCMT (Financial Crime Standardised Case Management Tool), a fictional enterprise platform developed to handle complex financial crimes using AI augmentation, dynamic access control, and immersive data storytelling. The system is visualized through three key artifacts: a trust-based access control model that challenges static hierarchies, a narrative-driven case interface designed for the short attention spans of Gen Alpha, and a digital oath contract emphasizing behavioral readiness. The project critically examines the politics of access and AI gatekeeping within organizational structures. Designed within UBS's enterprise context, the project balances speculative foresight with practical constraints. This work invites financial institutions to rethink their tools not just as operational software, but as sites of cultural negotiation between human values, AI ethics, and generational shifts in expectations.
