The LivBlox project reimagines urban housing in India through modular, compact micro homes designed for efficiency and adaptability. Each 240 sq. ft unit applies principles of Brutalism and industrial design, using clean forms, exposed systems, and durable materials. Based on modular housing and prefab construction, LivBlox allows residents to expand by adding blocks for bedrooms, workspaces, or leisure. Interiors are zoned into living, sleeping, cooking, storage, and utility areas, maximizing vertical and horizontal space. Multifunctional furniture, foldable beds, and stackable seating ensure flexibility, while wall-mounted and under-bed storage reduce clutter. Compact kitchens feature modular counters, sinks, and energy-efficient appliances, alongside safely enclosed plumbing. Wet-room bathrooms use space-saving fixtures and water-efficient fittings. Storage systems support hygiene and organization through integrated racks and organizers. Natural light, ventilation, indoor plants, smart systems, and portability enhance wellness, sustainability, and accessibility, making LivBlox a future-ready solution for evolving urban lifestyles across modern Indian cities nationwide.
