The Lunette Café Collection is a 15-SKU tableware range designed for and sponsored by Lagavi Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, addressing the evolving needs of contemporary cafés. As cafés adopt smaller spaces, curated menus, and conscious consumption, existing tableware often falls short operationally, with issues of chipping, poor stackability, imbalance, and limited durability. Lunette responds by integrating visual calm with functional precision. The collection prioritizes ergonomics, stackability, portion calibration, surface durability, and compact storage for high-paced café environments. Core items such as café plates, pasta bowls, dessert plates, and salad bowls were developed using the jolly process for dimensional consistency and production accuracy, while accent pieces were solid cast to allow expressive forms. Research included café visits and interactions with chefs and HoReCa stakeholders, alongside trend and ecosystem studies. Lunette positions tableware not as decoration, but as a thoughtfully engineered system aligned with contemporary hospitality practices.
