In an age defined by emotional burnout, this project explores how lifestyle-induced diabetes among urban professionals is deeply influenced by invisible emotional and behavioral breakdowns. While clinical care often begins post-diagnosis, the real opportunity lies in prevention by recognizing early emotional cues and disrupted rhythms. This project challenges conventional, data-heavy health models by proposing a rhythm-based care ecosystem that centers around self-mirroring, emotional awareness, and sensory feedback. It weaves together physical and psychological dimensions of care, food, sleep, and stress through reflective tools that are intuitive and emotionally intelligent. Drawing from system design and behavioral science, the project envisions an integrated solution space: from wearable patches to AI-assisted journaling. These interventions aim to restore rhythm rather than enforce control, encouraging users to sense and respond. Ultimately, the project reframes prevention as a daily act of tuning in where rhythm becomes the medicine and care begins long before a cure is required.
