India’s education system faces operational inefficiencies, with teachers spending up to 60% of their time on administrative tasks and parents receiving fragmented communication. This research reimagines schools as service ecosystems using Digital Transformation, Service Design in Education, and Stakeholder Centered Design. Embedded in the Dhruv Global School network, insights were gathered through interviews, shadowing, and co creation workshops with teachers, administrators, and parents. A bottom up approach addressed pain points via modular prototypes covering admissions, fees, academics, communication, transport, and health records, which evolved into the comprehensive ERP platform EduMojo. Designed for inclusivity and high adoption, EduMojo streamlines workflows, reduces redundancies, and enhances stakeholder satisfaction. Its business model combines free core ERP access with premium services, training, and analytics, ensuring scalability. The project demonstrates that Sustainable Educational Innovation requires more than technology: it demands empathy, adaptability, and human centered design embedded into school operations.
