This graduation project documents the culmination of my postgraduate study in Information Design and explores the intersection of smart workspaces, B2B administrative user experiences, and an AI-driven, platform-first approach. Conducted in collaboration with ServiceNow, the project is grounded in extensive user research, systems research, and iterative design processes. Applying systems thinking, the work aims to create capabilities that simplify, interconnect, and predict administrative workflows within complex enterprise environments. The project required navigating the challenges of large-scale systems, ambiguous problem spaces, and real-world constraints, while balancing user needs with business objectives. Through this process, the project deepened an understanding of enterprise UX, interoperability, and the role of artificial intelligence in enabling proactive and scalable admin experiences. Overall, it reflects a shift from isolated interface design to systems-level problem solving, positioning design as a strategic enabler within complex organizational contexts.
