This graduation project explored the intersection of textiles, accessibility, and health education, focusing on supporting independent living skills among adolescent girls with visual impairments. Menstrual health and hygiene were identified as a critical gap within existing life skills education, often lacking accessible and sensory-responsive approaches. Early engagement with visually impaired girls aged 12–20 revealed limited awareness, inadequate tools, and challenges related to dignity and self-care. In response, a tactile, story-based menstrual health training kit was developed for girls aged 10–15. The kit comprises five interactive tools created using fabric and paper-based materials, supported by a facilitator guide and structured session plans. Audio components were integrated to enhance engagement, comfort, and emotional connection, functioning alongside the tactile tools. Designed as a replicable and inclusive educational resource, the project supports learners and educators in navigating menstrual health with empathy, accessibility, confidence, and independence.
