This graduation project focuses on enhancing supplier decision-making within Walmart’s ecosystem through Luminate, a business intelligence platform offering insights into product performance, customer behaviour, and market trends. While Luminate includes multiple tools, such as Shopper Behaviour, Customer Perception, and Channel Performance, suppliers often struggle to synthesise data across these views to identify timely opportunities. The project addresses this gap by introducing Luminate SmartActions, an AI-powered solution that integrates insights from across Luminate tools. SmartActions enables suppliers to detect emerging opportunities, validate them through simulations, and receive actionable, data-backed recommendations. By reducing analytical friction and surfacing relevant next steps, the solution improves accessibility, speed, and confidence in B2B decision-making. The project contributes to enterprise UX by demonstrating how AI-driven systems can transform complex analytics into adaptive, opportunity-focused intelligence for suppliers operating at scale.
