This graduation project was undertaken at Gameskraft Technologies under the Pocket52 brand, focusing on enhancing visual experience and user engagement in real-money gaming (RMG), specifically online poker. The objective was to redesign key in-game visual elements, emoji throwables, medium icon systems, and virtual card decks to improve usability, cultural relevance, and aesthetic appeal while aligning with business goals. User research and data analysis revealed that Indian players respond strongly to culturally rooted, emotionally expressive visuals, leading to the creation of Indian-themed emoji and throwable assets inspired by local objects and festivals. In parallel, a standardized and scalable medium icon system was developed to ensure visual consistency across the product ecosystem. The project also introduced two card deck innovations: a minimal deck with improved readability and a four-color deck addressing visibility challenges in multi-card poker formats. Overall, the work highlights the impact of culturally informed visual design in fast-paced digital gaming environments.
