The project, Maternity programme, under Wellness squad at Bajaj Finserv Health, is being offered to GMC (Group Medical Coverage) employees as an addition to any existing benefits. It can be availed by the employee for themselves, as well as for their spouse. The aim of the program is to offer holistic maternal care for expecting mothers, including yoga sessions, mental wellness, doctor appointments, lab visits and nutritional counselling. Additionally, tracking of vitals and pregnancy tools, such as, kick counter, contraction counter, and mood tracker are also proposed for later phases. The project has been divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: Maternity programme for expecting mothers Phase 2: Wellness programme focusing on people who are trying to conceive Phase 3: Postnatal care During my time at Bajaj Finserv Health, phase 1 was executed and went live as a pilot programme. While phase 2 is under works at the moment.
